Juan L. Sanchez Ensemble was founded in 1997. Juan L. Sánchez is a charismatic modern-day troubadour and has transcended his Spanish roots to create a unique musical universe where Arabic and Sephardic melodies co-exist with gypsy rumbas, and sensual bossanovas are adorned with lush Latin jazz arrangements, featuring the passionate voice of Juan L. Sánchez. In his own words, Juan L. Sánchez, aims to create “Music without frontiers for a world without frontiers” driven by a true cosmopolitan spirit.
