the presenters put on air in their own styles: see a few examples
below:

but more cultural, different, diverse
- not maximum
volume, noisy, but more serene and mature

Brit pop but varied music and somewhat exploratory
- not in-your-face,
but more thoughtful and researched
- for the community,
by the community, about the community
