"This
is the culmination of months of hard work by dedicated, multi-cultured
individuals determined
to serve the community," says founding
member Dr Dorothy Price.
"It is an alternative educational
and cultural resource that will inform, entertain and involve international
residents and visitors. Our energies are directed initially at establishing
and promoting the radio station."

Fellow
founding member, Dr. Benjamin Dwyer, adds that RSA will be
a fresh alternative to traditional commercial broadcasting and will
feature music, information, perspectives and interviews seldom heard
along the Costa del Sol.
He concludes, " if you're curious, intelligent, engaged and
open minded, then you'll be amazed
and
delighted by the diverse
and unorthodox programming we have for you."
